Greetings from the Singapore Scout Association (SSA)!
Held from 17 November to 22 November 2015 at the Sarimbun Scout Camp, the SG50 International Jamboree is SSA’s contribution towards the SG 50 Celebrations.
An upscale event, the Jamboree is a mass gathering involving some 3,000 local and foreign scouts aged between 11 and 17. Amid the engaging, exciting and empowering programmes and activities, the participants will be afforded ample opportunities to foster friendship and establish bonding which will be helpful towards widening their network. Together, they celebrate Singapore’s 50 years of nationhood in a fun-filled ambience.
The jamboree will be open to visitors on 19 and 20 November 2015 from 10 am to 4 pm on both days. Members who are not able to participate in the jamboree are encouraged to join the day visitor programme. They can register their participation on the spot. The entrance fee is S$10 per day.
